Private Label Programs

We will use the same high-quality standards that we use in our own garments to help you develop a brand of activewear that you will be proud to call your own. We offer services from design, tech drawings, samples, production, embellishments and packaging to help you achieve the best results in your private label process. Our Bluefish Sport® Coaches will guide you through the customized production process to help you create a superior quality couture garment.
A Pattern Charge includes 1–2 alterations after the prototype samples have been provided.
In order to qualify for the private label program, certain minimums must be met. There is a minimum of 60 pieces per style, per color. You are welcome to order as many styles as you like; however, the 150 quantity minimum must be met per style. Generally, this is broken up into 50S, 50M, 50L, although it may be broken up however you desire. In order to commence a private label program, we ask that you commit to an opening order of 500 pieces due to the work involved and the sourcing needed to complete your project, including inner and outer tags. This may be diluted over six [6] different styles, or you can order all one style in six [6] different colors. Lead times will vary depending on the complexity of the project. Approximately 60–90 days production time required once samples are approved. Lead times are less for styles that are already in production under the Bluefish Sport® label. Private label contract must be signed prior to submitting estimates and commencing any work on the program. Artwork Charges and Set up Fees Client is responsible for providing artwork; charges will apply should we need to convert files. Any additional artwork or creative design will be billed separately. Development costs below. Pattern fees will be returned and deducted from order after 1,000 piece minimum is met. Prices per piece will vary depending on quantity ordered, fabric used and complexity of the design. Examples of costs listed below.
